The way providers communicate with their customers continues to evolve and I am continually amazed at the level in which these communications are tailored. I sometimes question whether providers even know the services in which I receive from them when they communicate with me, or my household. My local provider (industry, or provider not named) recently sent me a product mailer for a product in which I already subscribe. I received the same communication from the same provider through my monthly email communication. I strongly believe that the best form advertising comes when two things occur: one, the customer is already subscribing to your service and two, you know what services the customer is not taking.
