Notice anything different? If this isn't your first visit to Quaero, then you've probably noticed that we have completely redesigned the company's Web site. The recent launch is the culmination of six months of work designed to help you, the visitor, get more out of your experience. We've spent a great deal of time speaking with clients, prospects and current/future employees to learn more about your specific needs and then built the site with those needs in mind.
So what's changed? Well, quite a bit. First and foremost, we've made it easier for you to find what you're looking for. A prominent, intelligent search feature serves up content organized by relevance. Looking for all things pharmaceutical? Just type it in the search box to receive a listing by content type. And, we've added links to some of the most useful content - case studies, white papers, etc. - right on the home page.
Along with the standard information - About Quaero, Services, Careers, Contact, etc. - you'll notice a tab marked, Insight. Here you'll have access to a wealth of resources, including this blog. In the blog, Quaero experts and guest contributors will share their thoughts on the business of customer interaction and provide examples of how we're helping clients each and every day. Expect to see weekly posts from many of our contributors.
We hope you'll take some time to get to know the new site. As we tell our clients, the customer experience is paramount. So let us know what you think. If you have any questions regarding the Quaero Web site or would like to offer suggestions for improvement, please do not hesitate to email me directly.
