We've Changed!

If you've been to the site before, you've probably noticed that we've made a few changes recently.  Some are fairly obvious; others, which are far more subtle, are designed to improve your experience, making it easier to find what you're looking for.  The new Quaero Web site now:

  1. Highlights the Business Challenges We Solve. You'll note three new flash elements on the home page with navigation buttons that highlight important business issues we help our clients address.  Each navigation button takes you straight to the most relevant content area within the site.  To see all three flash elements, simply refresh your browser.
  2. Addresses Navigation Issues. We received some great feedback asking us to make the blog easier to find.  Before this update, it was "hidden" within a top-level navigation area called Insight.  We have since removed Insight and broken it down into its piece parts - Blog and Resources.  This should make it much easier to find the blog and resource material from the home page.
  3. Enables Sharing.  We have included a "share" widget on most pages that allows you to easily share content across many of the most popular social networks/platforms available.

One last update doesn't reflect a change to the site, but rather an exciting addition: Do you read CustomerThink?  If not, you might want to start.  First, CSG Quaero's own Naras Eechambadi has joined the editorial board again this year and will be writing exclusive pieces for CustomerThink.  Second, we have syndicated our blog with them so you now have the opportunity to read our work here or there

So what do you think?  I'd love some feedback or suggestions for our next round of improvements.  I can already tell you the running list includes more multimedia assets, such as an embedded presentation player and podcasts.  But I'd like to hear from you.  It's our goal to continually enhance the Quaero Web site to best meet your needs, so please feel free to email me directly or add a comment below.

How about this:  the person who offers the best Web site improvement suggestion will receive a $25 Starbucks gift card.  And really, who couldn't use more coffee?

Thanks for reading.  Look forward to hearing from you.

The site is SO much more effective than the old Quaero site, in that is speaks much more directly to customer needs. (The old one seemed very academic, and was not nearly as clear about the benefits the company offered.) Good job!

Gwen,
Thank you so much for your kind words. We are constantly working on site improvements to ensure the best possible experience. I agree, our old site was very academic. Our intent was to make this version far more engaging. As we move forward, we'll continue to improve and enhance.

Thanks again!
