Marketing leadership and Customer Intelligence professionals who are responsible for managing, interpreting and sharing customer intelligence throughout the organization.
What you'll get
At the end of the assessment, you will receive scores signaling the strength of your organization's customer engagement across 3 core dimensions: Strategy & Analytics; Data & Technology, and Organization & Process. You will also receive an overall customer engagement program score.
