ACE Survey
What it does
The ACE assessment evaluates the robustness of your organization's customer engagement capabilities. The survey will take 15-20 minutes to complete.
Who should take it
Marketing leadership and Customer Intelligence professionals who are responsible for managing, interpreting and sharing customer intelligence throughout the organization.
What you'll get
At the end of the assessment, you will receive scores signaling the strength of your organization's customer engagement across 3 core dimensions: Strategy & Analytics; Data & Technology, and Organization & Process. You will also receive an overall customer engagement program score.
