Susan Connors

Susan Connors brings 20 plus years of database marketing experience to her position as vice president of client engagement for Quaero, a CSG Solution.  In her role, Susan is responsible for the client engagement management and strategic consulting services for the company.

Prior to joining Quaero, Susan served as executive vice president of CognitiveDATA, a Merkle company.  There she ran the teams responsible for client engagement, strategy and analytics, account management and production management.  Susan held various positions within Merkle to include vice president of database operations and vice president of client services. 

Susan has extensive experience in data management and customer data integration and crafting teams and solutions to service the marketing technology needs of  various industries to include telecommunications, financial services, CPG and nonprofits.

Susan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration, finance from George Mason University.
