Cliff Dobbyn brings more than 16 years of integrated multi-channel marketing and media experience to his position as Director of Marketing Strategy at CSG's Quaero.  In his role, Cliff drives strategic marketing efforts, communications planning and program design for clients.

Prior to CSG Systems, Cliff worked with leading marketing agencies including Digitas, Hill Holliday, Agency.com, Harte-Hanks and One to One Interactive, where he developed and managed marketing and media programs from conception through delivery.  Tactics included digital media, SEO/SEM, website development, email, direct mail, mobile, print, teleservices, social media, viral and alternative channels.

In addition, Cliff's extensive and pervasive experience ranges over a multitude of key functions and business solutions:

  • Key functions: business strategy, analytics, investment planning, campaign planning, online media strategy, database marketing, new product / solution development, and methodology development
  • Business solutions: awareness, acquisition, customer development, loyalty, retention, winback, marketing opportunity roadmaps and performance dashboards

Cliff's vertical experience ranges across the telecommunications, financial, retail, entertainment and pharmaceutical industries. Notable client accounts have included Ace Limited, AOL, AT&T Broadband, Comcast, ESPN, FedEx, Fleet, HBO, IBM, Johnson & Johnson, LPL Financial, Malden Mills, Rogers Communications, TJX, Toys R Us and Tyco International.

Cliff holds an MBA from Suffolk University and a BA in Management from the University of Massachusetts.
