Jay Keating

Jay is responsible for our Client Delivery organization which includes the design, implementation and production management components of our marketing operations solutions. His team deploys and manages the marketing data warehouses, campaign management software and business intelligence tools our clients require. As a veteran delivery team leader with over 15 years of experience in IT consulting and data center operations management, Jay focuses on optimizing the Quaero client experience through industry standard processes and platform management tools.
Prior to joining Quaero, Jay was Vice President of Managed Services at NaviSite where he was responsible for a global team of solution architects and delivery professionals. During his tenure, he was accountable for operational and client satisfaction metrics that reached beyond standard contractual SLA’s, and created fully aligned client teams focused on well understood client defined success criteria.
Jay has also held infrastructure management, technical consulting and platform engineering roles at Surebridge, ManagedOps, and The Taylor Group. While in these roles, Jay focused on redefining delivery capabilities through the use of cloud-based, thin-client and virtualization enabled technologies.
Jay holds technical certifications as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, I.T.I.L Service Management, and also served in the U.S. Army Reserves as an Information Systems Sergeant.
