Niall Budds is Client Manager for Quaero, a CSG Solution. In his role, he focuses on building and maintaining executive-level relationships with his clients, and helping them shift from traditional campaign-drive marketing to cross-channel customer interaction. His responsibilities include expanding client relationships to blend strategy and analytics with proven marketing techniques and technologies, ensuring the quality and business impact of the solutions Quaero delivers, and advising clients on the right organizational structures and skill sets to ensure their success.

Prior to joining Quaero, Niall was the Director of Global Database marketing at Cendant, a company that provides global addressing and locating systems for internet and web-enabled portable electronic devices.

Niall has a B.S. in Physics from the University College of Dublin as well as an MMS and a Masters of Business from the same school.
