Quaero was founded in 1999 by Naras Eechambadi with the goal of providing information-driven marketing services. He saw the incredible opportunity of uniting marketing, technology and analytics – a core belief that continues to ground our company today.
In 2000, we completed rigorous testing of marketing campaign management programs and delivered an in-depth analysis of the results. This seminal report established us as the informed expert in the field and initiated a relationship with campaign management newcomer Unica. Our partnership with Unica became the foundation for a growing technology implementation practice.
In December, 2008, Quaero was acquired by CSG Systems, a leading provider of customer interaction and billing solutions.
